Shortage of clean and safe drinking water is still a big issue in the World. Despite the many water purification solutions, more than 1 billion people don’t have access to clean drinking water or they cannot afford it. And this number will not decrease very much due to the enormous increase in world population anticipated in the next 40 years. Besides, the current 7 billion people that inhabit our planet are polluting existing water by the relative luxury of their lifestyle.
To make the planet cleaner, it all starts with water. With clean and safe drinking water people are healthier, are less frequently sick and are therefore able to work more. And those who work earn more money. With the extra money they are able to take care of their families. And together with their families they can set up additional businesses which cause a positive impact on the general employment situation. When more people are working, more people are happy. Of course we have to convert the waste which is part of our lifestyle. We have to leave the planet cleaner than we found it. And it all starts with clean and safe drinking water…
